This tells the NZ time accurate to the exact sec. The would be useful in coordinated raids (i.e. "CL says: We'll declare mutual at 10:58 and all is to attack at 11:00 nz time sharp"). With this timer you could just watch the time pass without having to keep refreshing the screen! The enemy is going to get a shock!
